Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in the Iberica region. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our business.
About the Role
As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily HR processes, implementing local and global HR initiatives, and providing support to employees in the Iberica region. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Labour Legal Process Management
Manage the labour legal process, from hire to retire, in collaboration with external expert providers.
- Salary Process Management
Ensure accurate and timely monthly salary processing.
- HR Information Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR information on the self-service portal and internal HR knowledge database (Workday).
- Local HR Support Services
Contribute to the improvement of local HR support services and information.
- Learning and Development
Manage learning needs for employees, including priorities definition, LMS administration, training plan, vendor management, and global initiative implementation.
- Wellbeing Initiatives
Lead initiatives to promote the wellbeing of employees.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Business Administration, Psychology, or Law Degree
Or a similar degree with HR specialization.
- HR Generalist Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Language Skills
Spanish and English speaker (Portuguese is a plus).
