Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated Operations Coordinator with German language skills to join our team in Barcelona. As an entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in operations, customer service, and data analysis while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create new boat profiles and maintain existing ones to ensure accurate listings for customers.
Develop strong partnerships with local suppliers, communicate effectively, and address any issues that may arise.
Support our customer service team to provide seamless and satisfying experiences for our clients.
Analyze and optimize data to evaluate pricing and offerings, ensuring we provide the correct product on our website.
Contribute fresh ideas to improve content quality, data, and overall appeal of our boat offerings.
