Job Title: AOD/IMS Sales Director

Arrow ECS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our EMEA sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA
  • Manage and support a team of EMEA business developers
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries
  • Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry
  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in additional European languages a plus
  • Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations
