The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing & Growth team. As the sole Analyst in this team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Marketing performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing insights into customer acquisition and retention, identifying opportunities to optimize marketing mix, campaigns, channel targeting, efficiency, etc.
  • Working closely with stakeholders from our Growth channels and other teams, translating their business questions into structured and meaningful analytics.
  • Running in-depth analyses, creating dashboards and reports, organizing and evaluating AB tests, providing ad-hoc insights, etc.
  • Carrying out complex analyses to understand the impact of pricing and discount set-up on customer dynamics and economics.
  • Conducting comprehensive analyses of our referral journey and metrics, testing variations, discount structures and customer segmentation.
  • Playing a key role in marketing budgeting by determining the optimal channel mix based on seasonality patterns and marketing attribution models.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in a top Business or Engineering school/University, with a strong focus on data-drivenness.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role, driving business impact based on Data and Analytics.
  • A quantitative and analytical mindset and skillset, with strong SQL skills and experience with statistical analyses (e.g. AB testing, regression modeling).
  • Experience in visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is preferred.
  • Strong business sense with the ability to connect business needs with analysis.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work.
  • At ease in a fast-paced and demanding environment and experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
  • A growth mindset and a learning never stops attitude.
