About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Docplanner. As a key member of our Customer Success function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency across our global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implementation of Global Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement standardized processes for customer success, data analytics, and business operations.
  2. Data Analytics and Modeling: Develop and maintain advanced data models to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.
  3. Business Intelligence and Reporting: Design and implement business intelligence solutions to provide real-time insights and support data-driven decision making.
  4. Project Management: Lead and manage projects to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to align on project direction and status.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in business operations, customer success, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
