Key Responsibilities- Provide in-depth analyses of customer acquisition and retention, identifying opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with stakeholders from our Growth channels and other teams to translate business questions into structured and meaningful analytics.
- Run complex analyses to understand the impact of pricing and discount set-ups on customer dynamics and economics.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of our referral journey and metrics, testing variations, discount structures, and customer segmentation.
- Play a key role in marketing budgeting by determining the optimal channel mix based on seasonality patterns and marketing attribution models.
- Access and process data from diverse sources using SQL, Python, App Script, and/or Google Sheets.
- Discuss results with stakeholders of various seniority and take responsibility for own projects.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a top Business or Engineering school/University, with a strong focus on data-drivenness.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role, driving business impact based on Data and Analytics.
- Quantitative and analytical mindset and skillset, with strong SQL skills and experience with statistical analyses (e.g., AB testing, regression modeling).
- Experience in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred.
- Strong business sense with the ability to connect business needs with analysis.
- Proactive, ambitious, and assertive, with a growth mindset and a learning never stops attitude.
