We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for conducting quantitative research, generating and validating hypotheses, and proposing solutions to drive business growth. You'll work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer to build the entire marketing analytics domain from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate user journeys to deliver marketing enhancements
  • Identify customer segments and effective marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with data engineers to obtain accurate data for decision-making
  • Develop attribution models and reporting
  • Support cross-functional teams with data-driven decision-making
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in SAAS products
  • Technical background and knowledge of mathematical statistics
  • Excellent technical skills (SQL, Python, BI tools)
  • Ability to formulate relevant marketing hypotheses and test them
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong work ethics
