Job Title: Senior Data Analyst - Lifecycle Marketing

Join our team as a Senior Data Analyst - Lifecycle Marketing and play a key role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. As a member of our Innovation and Lifecycle Marketing team, you will work closely with Lifecycle Marketers to design and deliver data-driven digital experiences across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own sophisticated data models, reports, and dashboards to track our initiatives and derive actionable insights.
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketers in APJ and EMEA to track and monitor campaign and test performances.
  • Review performances of existing customer journeys and uncover gaps and opportunities for optimization.
  • Review customer behavior and identify gaps and opportunities to accelerate time to value, improve adoption rates, and enhance long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical global teams to convert insights into actionable data triggers.
Requirements:
  • Overall 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in complex data analysis and strategic insights from a B2B, SaaS background.
  • Experience working in Marketing/Sales/Customer behavior or product usage related areas is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to extract and present insights is a must.
