Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and communicative Guest Operations Coordinator to oversee the entire lifecycle of bookings, from initial booking to post-check-out. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can drive processes forward while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Booking Management: Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of bookings, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the booking process.
- Operational Excellence: Work as part of a team to ensure all bookings are handled efficiently, while taking ownership of the overall process to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine booking processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Foster good relationships and alignment with key stakeholders, including Sales, Strategy & Transformation, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Global Operations.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support related to booking management, including maintaining booking records, updating systems, and ensuring all relevant information is captured accurately.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and maintain reports on booking performance, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in operations coordination, booking management, or a related role.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex processes.
- Familiarity with booking management software or tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
