Sales Compensation Business Consultant for France

Reconocida Empresa is seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Business Consultant to join our team in France. As a Sales Compensation Business Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving sales activities and leading improvements to experiences that enable our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with local management teams, executives, and business supporting functions to drive sales compensation strategies.
  • Provide business governance and trusted advisor services to management teams, including business analytics, incentive compensation review, and compliance.
  • Facilitate annual readiness cycles, including translations in French, and monitor the execution of sales compensation operations.
  • Drive communication and deployment of local country specifics and exceptions, as well as new sales compensation tools, processes, or programs.
  • Deliver sales force communication and virtual training in French, ensuring compliance with French legal obligations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Experience administering and maintaining sales commission plans, tools, and systems.
  • Strong analytical, statistics, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of and experience in interpreting and executing sales commission plans and practices.
  • Excellent French written and verbal communication skills (native speaker).
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
