- Serve as a SME in 1 to many Sessions, Solution Adoption Accelerator events, conferences, such as Success Connect and in one-to-many adoption marketing events.
- 7+ years of HR solution consulting experience with the ability to translate business problems into solution strategy and execution plans.
- Broad understanding of the full suite of SAP SuccessFactors offerings including an appreciation of AI, BTP, etc.
- Expert product knowledge with SuccessFactors EC or EC Payroll/Time/Benefits and the interdependencies with our other HCM solutions such as Talent Management.
