Key ResponsibilitiesManage High-Volume Recruitment Processes: The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening a large number of candidates within a short time-frame. They will utilize various techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to quickly identify and attract top talent.
Screen Candidates: The Freelance Sourcing Specialist will conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience, ensuring a strong fit with job requirements and company culture.
Pipeline Management: The successful candidate will build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants for ongoing and future high-volume hiring needs.
Candidate Records: They will maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Progress Updates: The Freelance Sourcing Specialist will provide regular updates on candidate progress and hiring challenges.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (freelance or agency preferred)
- Native in Greek and fluent in English
- Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates' skills
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing high-volume recruitment independently
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self-employed and able to invoice
