Key Responsibilities- Remote Monitoring: Utilising advanced monitoring tools and software platforms to remotely monitor the performance and operational parameters of industrial refrigeration systems across multiple sites.
- Alarm Management: Responding promptly to system alarms and alerts, investigating the root cause of any deviations from normal operating conditions.
- Coordinate with onsite RME teams to address alarms and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.
- Data Analysis: Analysing data collected from monitoring systems to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues with refrigeration system performance.
Generating reports and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements- Maintenance Coordination: Working closely with the teams Scheduler and onsite RME personnel to schedule preventive maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for industrial refrigeration systems.
- Documentation and Reporting: Utilising APM and maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, F-Gas logs, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Maintenance Optimisation: Collaborate with field RME teams to develop and implement best practices for preventive and predictive maintenance of refrigeration systems.
- Technical Support: Serving as a technical resource for the team's escalation specialists, providing guidance on troubleshooting complex issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement: Working with the wider GRT teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of refrigeration systems across the portfolio of sites.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
