Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at our busy High Roads office in Carnforth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive outstanding support and assistance with their queries, orders, and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining positive relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Process orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely and accurate product dispatch.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, operational, and logistics teams to ensure smooth transactions and efficient customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • A logistics background is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven track record of multitasking with the ability to prioritize your workload.
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong IT skills and flexible approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team environment.
  • Self-motivated with the desire to learn new skills and knowledge of our industry.
