Job Description


The Senior Instrumentation Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, conducting application measurements, and offering application support. They will also participate in seminars and exhibitions, conduct customer demonstrations, and train customers on assigned product lines.


Responsibilities



  • Answering technical customer requirements via phone and email
  • Conducting installations at customer sites and providing necessary training
  • Performing pharma qualifications at customer sites
  • Substituting colleagues within the country or region
  • Contacting the General Manager in case of any issues or challenges

Requirements



  • Education in Chemistry, Material Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
  • PhD highly valued
  • Experience in technical sales of analytical instruments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good practical skills in measurement equipment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to communicate and present equally well across company lines and with customers
  • Willingness to travel within the region and overseas

Salary and Benefits


We offer a competitive salary and an opportunity for professional growth within the Anton Paar organization. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
