Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead the development of our premium games. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the entire pipeline of premium games development, from concept to launch.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product from scratch, from ideation to launch, ensuring excellent execution and delivery.
  • Drive development teams to deliver high-quality games, meeting business objectives and product roadmaps.
  • Own the product roadmap, including live and in-development games, and work closely with business development to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Pitch premium game opportunities to potential development partners and publishers, showcasing our unique IPs and creative concepts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in the games industry, with a strong background in premium games development.
  • Expertise in game design, with a focus on creative concepts and execution.
  • Relevant experience as a Lead Game Designer, Senior Product Manager, or Senior Producer, with a proven track record of shipping successful games.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and pitching skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent English language skills, with a passion for video games and a willingness to learn and adapt.
