We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer/Creative Director to lead the development of our premium games. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the entire pipeline of premium games development, from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities- Game Development Leadership: Lead the product from scratch, from ideation to execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality games.
- Team Management: Drive development teams to execute and deliver excellent games, owning the product roadmap and P&L.
- Business Development: Work with Business Development to identify developers that can execute premium product ideas, and pitch strong game opportunities to potential partners and publishers.
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in the games industry, with a strong background in premium games development.
- Expertise: Strong expertise in premium games development, knowledge of free-to-play development is a plus.
- Leadership: Relevant experience as a Lead Game Designer, Senior Product Manager, or Senior Producer, with a strong track record of delivering successful games.
- Skills: Strong skills in game design, experience in creative game concepts from scratch, and excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills.
- Education: Excellent English level and a passion for video games.
