**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead the development of our premium games, from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating high-quality gaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities- **Lead Game Development**: Oversee the entire game development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that our premium games meet the highest standards of quality and engagement.
- **Drive Development Teams**: Manage and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional games, leveraging your expertise in game development and leadership.
- **Own Product Roadmap**: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for premium games, including live and in-development titles.
- **Business Development**: Collaborate with Business Development to identify and partner with external developers and publishers to bring new premium game ideas to market.
- **Pitching and Presentation**: Develop and pitch compelling game opportunities to potential development partners and publishers, showcasing the value and potential of our premium games.
- **Minimum 6+ years experience** in the Games Industry, with a strong background in premium game development.
- **Strong expertise** in game design, development, and leadership, with a focus on premium games.
- **Relevant experience** as a Senior Product Manager, Senior Producer, or Lead Game Designer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality games.
- **Excellent communication and presentation skills**, with the ability to effectively pitch game opportunities to external partners.
- **Strong goal orientation mindset**, with a willingness to own and drive the success of our premium games.
- **Excellent English language skills**, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
