The Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Web & SEO team, a critical component of our digital strategy. As a key member of our Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights, optimization, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to maximize conversion rates and performance across digital channels.
  2. Lead the design, development, and execution of A/B testing roadmaps to continually optimize performance.
  3. Collaborate with Web, Product, and Analytics teams to identify opportunities within the user journey and product flow that drive growth and conversion.
  4. Design, build, and maintain high-converting landing pages aligned with campaign objectives and user behavior insights.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders to gather landing page requests, providing guidance on best practices and supporting the creation, execution, and ongoing optimization of landing pages based on performance insights.
  6. Optimize website and product conversion rates through data-driven experimentation and analysis.
  7. Track, measure, and report on performance across all digital marketing initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
