Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

In this role, you'll be responsible for elevating our brand image and growing our organic reach through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for content marketing and social media channels.
  • Manage and enhance WorkMotion's brand image across all social media platforms.
  • Oversee the growth of our social media channels through creative and engaging content.
  • Support WorkMotion thought leaders in growing their reach and audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role with a strong focus on organic marketing strategies.
  • Background in B2B marketing with a successful track record of increasing organic traffic.
  • Native-level proficiency in German and business proficiency in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
