We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Arena. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our most strategic customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our strategic customer accounts.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive issue resolution and strategic planning.
- Communication: Develop and deliver presentations to key customers and stakeholders to communicate business value and strategic plans.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze customer data and develop reports to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze customer data and develop strategic plans.
- Fluent level of English is mandatory (additional languages are desirable).
