About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Alira Health, a leading provider of clinical research services. As a Project Manager for Patient Mobilization Programs, you will be responsible for executing projects aimed at attracting patients to clinical trials and registries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Clinical and Technology teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Partner with external vendors to set up online media buying plans and coordinate project activities.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to reach target patient populations.
  • Monitor project progress, report outcomes, and assess results to inform future project improvements.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, life sciences, or public health.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare consultancy.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, including paid social and paid search activities.
  • Excellent business English, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
