  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management or a related role, preferably in tech companies.
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL knowledge.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Knowledge of programming logic and ability to perform basic coding tasks.
  • Understanding of AI basics and experience with automation and machine learning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with user feedback analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
