**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled German language customer support specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a customer support advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in Germany, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to banking and financial services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat to clients in Germany
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to banking and financial services
  • Work closely with the sales team to offer banking products and services to clients
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Report and follow up on anomalies and issues that arise in the application

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent German language skills (C1 level minimum)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Academic background in a relevant field (e.g. business, finance, languages)

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive salary: €20,730 gross/year
  • Indefinite contract
  • 38.5 hours/week, Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week, and 2 weekends off per month)
  • Hours from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
