About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Specialist to join our team at Alex & Gross GmbH.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business sales and a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies.

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for executing effective prospecting efforts to maximize coverage of defined accounts through outbound and inbound activities.

Key responsibilities include generating, qualifying, nurturing, and handing over leads and opportunities, as well as regularly reviewing the lead pipeline and progression.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of business experience, preferably in B2B sales
  • Experience in managing and executing outbound/inbound activities
  • Proven sales drive and ability to work in a team environment
  • Good IT knowledge and understanding of business software, preferably SAP solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
