Key Responsibilities- Position automation as a change lever for our customers' business, engaging at CxO level to understand their organization and how automation can accelerate transformation against their objectives.
- Envision new possibilities, create disruptive commercial models, and build out bespoke strategic partnerships to drive customer-first solutions.
- Lead high-functioning, cross-organization sales teams (in partnership with the Account Lead) relentlessly focused on our customers and their objectives.
- Develop and execute complex, multi-cycle sales engagements across software, support, and services.
- Build, inspire, and lead sales teams to drive strategic growth opportunities and deliver against targets.
- Proven ability to generate results in a matrixed organization, working with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Partner organizations.
- Consultative sales experience in driving multi-faceted transformation deals.
- Ability to influence, contribute, and collaborate with a wider team to drive impact.
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Proven track record of delivering against targets.
- Experience in positioning through to deal closure with both Business Decision Makers and IT decision Makers.
- Customer-centric point of view.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
