About Brite Payments
Brite Payments is a leading provider of Open Banking-powered account-to-account payment solutions, offering instant payments and payouts. Our mission is to provide a seamless transaction experience for consumers while reducing risk for merchants.
We were founded in Stockholm in 2019 with a vision to revolutionize the payment landscape.
This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the CEO's daily activities, including project management, calendar organization, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication skills.
The successful candidate will work closely with the founder and CEO to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the company's growth and success.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Support project management and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including logistics and materials.
- Handle email correspondence and other communication on behalf of the CEO.
- A minimum of three years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in G-Suite or MS Office.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and the requirements of the role. We offer a competitive salary package that reflects the value we place on our employees' skills and expertise.
