Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Learning Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education that meets the needs of our customers. Your primary role will be to represent Skillsoft while providing exceptional training experiences in accordance with vendor specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training courses as specified by the course vendor and in consultation with our scheduling manager
- Ensure that training courses meet the required quality standards as outlined in our quality procedures
- Adhere to vendor-specific requirements, including obtaining and renewing certificates and following examination and invigilation guidelines
- Pursue agreed development plans and utilize preparation time and team assessments to achieve these plans
- Attain the required standards in transfer of technical skills and delivery techniques
Requirements
- Fluency in English is essential for this role
- Opportunity Highlights: To be qualified and authorized to deliver assigned training courses prior to first delivery, ensuring the appropriate vendor process is followed
