About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the European Marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define, execute, and monitor marketing programs in Spain and Portugal.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager Iberia in formulating strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers, shoppers, and other audiences.
  • Develop and implement below-the-line activation plans, including consumer, shopper, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and lead the development of Zespri's digital communication for Spain, including creating landing pages and optimizing digital user experience.
  • Design, build, and maintain social media presence, working closely with social media, influencers, and PR agencies.
  • Supervise content on the company's website and social media accounts.
  • Monitor brand presence on web and social media platforms.
  • Measure and analyze performance of digital marketing efforts in Spain.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer products, trade marketing, or retail.
  • Proven experience in online development, including digital marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications, including CRM tools, online analytics, and Google AdWords.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and oral.
  • Graduate degree in marketing or a related field.
