About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our European Marketing team, based in Madrid. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our brand position and sales throughout the European market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define, execute, and monitor marketing programs in Spain and Portugal.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager Iberia in formulating strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers and shoppers.
  • Develop and coordinate below-the-line activation plans, including consumer, shopper, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development of Zespri's digital communication for Spain, working closely with marketing and sales teams to create engaging content and optimize digital user experience.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence, supervising content on our website and social media accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts in Spain.
  • Review marketing literature, including brochures, press releases, and content.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer products, trade marketing, or retail.
  • Proven experience in online development, including digital marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing computer software, including CRM tools, online analytics, and Google AdWords.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and oral.
  • Graduate degree in marketing or a related field, with specialized training or experience in digital marketing.
