About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at MAHLE Smartbike Systems. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the e-mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent MAHLE at customer sites for technical and commercial discussions.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts for information and communication flow.
  • Support project budgeting, activity tracking, and result analysis.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
  • Define product requirements with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage product development activities within project teams.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research.
  • Establish long-term relationships with customers and strengthen contact networks.
  • Act as Project Manager for PDP-projects with normal complexity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar senior engineer role.
  • Ability to analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Understanding of the e-mobility industry.
  • English language proficiency (C1 level).
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Negotiation skills qualification.
  • Natural leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with reporting updates.
  • Ability to establish collaborative relationships.
