Job Title: Personal Assistant, Tuberculosis Group

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Tuberculosis Group at the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal). The successful candidate will provide administrative and communications support to the Group Leader and contribute to the smooth running of research projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the organization of meetings, events, and trips related to TB research projects
  • Support the Group Leader with administrative tasks, including managing communications and website updates
  • Coordinate logistics for high-level visits and project-related activities
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track project progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Biology, Global Health, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in administration or personal assistant roles
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
