We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Commerce Media Manager to join our Global Automation team, who will play a pivotal role in helping us scale our operations while enhancing the efficient delivery of value to clients.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a cross-functional team in building, optimizing, and harmonizing internal applications and processes. You'll focus on streamlining internal alerting and troubleshooting of campaign issues, ensuring faster resolution and safeguarding revenue while empowering our commercial and operations teams to deliver best-in-class service to clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and champion a long-term vision for the product, aligning with the company's overarching goals and inspiring teams to execute with excellence.
  • Create and deliver a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap to make this vision a reality.
  • Foster collaboration across international teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and driving collective progress towards shared objectives.
  • Dive deep into user needs by conducting user research, gathering feedback, and analyzing data to continuously identify areas of opportunity.
  • Own the product backlog, define user stories, and requirements, prioritizing tasks with a clear 'why' using a data-driven approach that incorporates both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, maintaining a relentless focus on delivering value to users and stakeholders.
  • Establish ambitious OKRs for the team, set and monitor key success metrics, and regularly evaluate the impact of product initiatives on business outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Drive alignment and buy-in across the organization for product initiatives, serving as a vocal advocate for your product portfolio and its strategic importance.

About You:

We're looking for a seasoned professional with at least 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably including experience working in Adtech and/or internal applications. Your strong leadership skills will inspire teams and stakeholders towards a shared vision.

You have a proven track record of tackling complex business challenges, showing the ability and initiative to define the right solutions and successfully navigate ambiguity across a large organization to achieve results.

A customer-focused mindset with a UX perspective will enable you to solve intricate user problems and deliver intuitive, user-friendly solutions. Proficiency in agile product development methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence will be valuable assets.

An entrepreneurial mindset focused on results will drive innovation and deliver measurable impact. Strong analytical abilities, comfortable using SQL, and a reliance on data for decision-making are essential.

Candidate must be fluent in English, comfortable using it as their default written and spoken language.
