Key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with legal operations and process improvements.
- Liaising with production companies engaged by Amazon Studios to walk them through our production guidelines and legal processes.
- Monitoring the status of options over IP rights.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in a legal department.
- Experience working with third-party contractual relationships.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous in-house legal experience a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many simultaneous workstreams, clients, and projects under tight deadlines.
