About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team at Semrush. As a key member of our Creative Agency, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing content strategies that drive business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate a pool of freelancers to create high-quality content for various stakeholders within the company.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, Brand, and Marketing teams to define content needs and deliver work that meets their expectations.
- Work closely with internal Creative Agency teams to develop concepts and ideas across multiple channels, including social media, digital advertising, and more.
- Write headlines and copy for various media formats when required.
- Proofread written work, edit content according to client and brand guidelines, and correct grammar, syntax, and spelling errors.
- Provide input on executive management communications projects.
- Monitor key metrics and analyze content performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing content across multiple marketing channels.
- Fluent English (C2 level).
- A combination of data-based marketing and editorial mindset with an understanding of audience needs and marketing communication specifics.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
