About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the product strategy for our B2B business product offering. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex B2B products and building high-scale tech products that create a compelling value proposition for consumers and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy for our B2B business product offering, focusing on improving efficiency and delivering great user experiences for business customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and data science teams to develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog and execute on delivering great experiences for users.
  • Be extremely customer-centric, empathizing with customer pain points and using data to drive decisions.
  • Launch minimum-loveable-products based on quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation.
  • Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go-to-market activities for all marketplace products.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the team's work is well-understood and well-supported.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with 2+ years as a Senior Product Manager/Principal Product Manager, managing multi-million $ ARR B2B products.
  • Previous B2B SAAS experience or good understanding of building B2B products is required.
  • Excellent analytical skills, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points.
  • Excellent business acumen, customer-centric, team, and results-oriented.
