About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Communications Manager to join our team at Dow Consumer Solutions. As a key member of our global business communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing communications strategies for Dow's innovations and solutions, targeting audiences across the industrial and chemical processing markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global marketing communications strategies for the industrial and chemical processing markets, including KPI definition and ROI tracking.
  • Own global marketing communications budget and implement or oversee the implementation of global marcom tactics.
  • Develop narratives and consistent messages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Own global digital marketing communications campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
  • Provide communications counsel and guidance to Regional Segment Leaders (MMT).
  • Oversee and coach regional business communicators to ensure effective resource management, consistent messaging, and enhanced promotion effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, business communications, and/or related communications disciplines.
  • Deep understanding of strategic communications, content marketing, and media engagement.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Robust knowledge of digital and social media communications, tools, and analytics.
