Job Description

Role Purpose Statement:

As a Communications Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that align with the Bunge culture, messages, brand, and strategy. You will collaborate closely with the communications team, business leaders, and stakeholders across countries, regions, and globally.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end communications strategies and plans in collaboration with the communications team, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Plan, write, and edit engaging content for various internal and external communication channels and tools.
  • Provide communications support to key strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Work with the regional and global communications teams to improve the communications framework and channels.
  • Monitor and measure key communication tools and channels, identifying opportunities to develop and implement new ideas and communication initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications or related field and proficiency in English.
  • 5+ years of experience in a communications role, with expertise in managing internal and external communications in a global environment and matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and basic knowledge of graphic design.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and business communication, with experience in developing, managing, and executing communication strategies end-to-end.
  • Ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and articulate a clear viewpoint on complex issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to empathize and interact at different levels of the organization.
