Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Assistant to join our CitizenGO group.

This role is responsible for supporting the accountant in carrying out accounting processes, as well as assisting in administrative and organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out accounting processes under the supervision of the accountant.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Organize meetings and events.
  • Supervise inventory and office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in administrative roles.
  • Demonstrable experience in accounting and billing.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Passion and commitment to defending life, family, and freedom.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
