Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the team's activities, including events organization and administrative support for international programs/projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Event Management
- Support the organization of various events and meetings
- Communication and Administration
- Manage communication with students, participants, lecturers, and administration
- Social Media Presence
- Maintain an up-to-date social media presence to promote BSC's education initiatives
- Reporting and Evaluation
- Prepare and submit timely reports on program progress
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A University degree
- Excellent language skills in English and Spanish
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in event organization and administration
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary commensurate with your qualifications and experience, flexible working hours, extensive training plan, restaurant tickets, private health insurance, and relocation support.
This is an open-ended contract due to the ongoing nature of our projects. You can expect 23 paid vacation days, plus additional holidays.
