Performance Marketing Analytics Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the marketing business plan, working closely with key stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
  • Design and maintain a comprehensive marketing report to monitor performance metrics, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with set targets.
  • Track the performance of each marketing channel, staying up-to-date on marketing operations, and providing regular updates and recommendations to the team.
  • Set up and steer necessary meetings and processes between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across project teams.
  • Participate in regular business reviews, contributing to data preparation and presentations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and key industry trends, serving as the main point of contact with partners like Similarweb and Data.Ai to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Marketing knowledge: At least 3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on performance marketing channels like Google and Meta.
  • Data-driven approach: Minimum of 5 years working directly with data analysis, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and create actionable strategies.
  • Planning and Project Management: Experience leading projects connecting business goals to marketing strategies, with strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Budget planning: Experience with budget planning and financial forecasting & planning preferred.
