**Job Summary**

At Flashpoint Venture Capital Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Analytics Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Paid Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading strategic marketing projects and optimizing our marketing performance to drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing business plan, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across project teams.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive marketing report to monitor and ensure that all performance metrics are cost-efficient and in line with set targets.
  • Track the performance of each marketing channel and stay updated on all marketing operations to provide regular updates and make recommendations to the team.
  • Set up and steer all necessary meetings and processes between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across project teams.
  • Participate in regular business reviews, contributing to data preparation and presentations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and key industry trends, serving as the main point of contact with partners to help the marketing team understand how they fare against competitors.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on performance marketing channels like Google and Meta.
  • Minimum of 5 years working directly with data analysis, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and create actionable strategies.
  • Experience leading projects connecting business goals to marketing strategies, with strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Budget planning experience and financial forecasting & planning preferred.
