About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Analytics Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Paid Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading strategic marketing projects and optimizing our marketing performance to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the marketing business plan, working with key stakeholders to draft and finalize budget proposals and develop forecasts based on expected future trends, competitive landscape, and historical performance.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing report to monitor and ensure that all performance metrics are cost-efficient and in line with set targets.
- Track the performance of each marketing channel and stay updated on all marketing operations to provide regular updates and make recommendations to the team.
- Set up and steer all necessary meetings and processes between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across project teams within the Growth tribe.
- Participate in regular business reviews, contribute to data preparation and presentations, and monitor competitor activity and key industry trends.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on performance marketing channels like Google and Meta.
- Minimum of 5 years working directly with data analysis, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and create actionable strategies.
- Experience leading projects connecting business goals to marketing strategies, with strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience with budget planning and financial forecasting & planning preferred.
