About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Project Lead to join our Paid Marketing team at Preply. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading strategic marketing projects and optimizing our marketing performance to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the marketing business plan, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across project teams.
  • Track the performance of each marketing channel and stay updated on all marketing operations to provide regular updates and make recommendations to the team.
  • Set up and steer all necessary meetings and processes between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across project teams within the Growth tribe.
  • Participate in regular business reviews, contributing to data preparation and presentations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and key industry trends, being the main point of contact with partners like Similarweb and Data.Ai to help the marketing team understand how they fare against competitors.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on performance marketing channels like Google and Meta.
  • Minimum of 5 years working directly with data analysis, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and create actionable strategies.
  • Experience leading projects connecting business goals to marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with budget planning and financial forecasting preferred.
