The International Regional Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, direction, and coordination of hotel operations within a designated geographical area. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through effective methods and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership
Lead and direct daily hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Capital Improvements and Guest ExperienceCoordinate capital improvements and property enhancement plans. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns. Facilitate meetings and propose improvements to enhance the guest experience.
Service Quality and EfficiencyOversee service quality levels, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and compliance with SOPs and financial measurements. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures.
Collaboration and PartnershipsPartner closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and work according to departmental guidelines and priorities.
Quality Process ManagementImplement and manage hotel daily quality processes, including goal communication, team empowerment, service recovery techniques, problem resolution, and satisfaction measurement.
Requirements
