About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our customer base and drive growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identifying and unlocking new sales opportunities utilizing all available sales tools (CRM – Hub Spot, Calling, LinkedIn, Offline events) with a strong focus on acquiring new customers.
  • Qualifying leads and maintaining a clean database, working closely with a Business Development Manager in a team.
  • Scheduling appointments for online demonstrations for prospective new customers, both onsite and remotely.

You will work collaboratively with our business stakeholders to understand the needs and requirements of potential customers within the logistics and procurement environment, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific challenges.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong interest in the logistics or supply chain sector, either in operations, customer support, or sales, with a passion for leveraging that knowledge in a sales role.
  • A desire to gain experience in B2B sales within the logistics technology industry, with a proactive and ambitious approach to learning.
  • Strong communication skills, including eloquence and listening actively, coupled with strong presentation capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
