Job Title: Global Logistics CoordinatorJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Global Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing efficient and courteous customer care, managing sales orders, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the sales order process through to billing using SAP status reports.
- Ensure sales orders are processed within agreed deadlines and inform customers and sales teams of delivery dates and any subsequent changes.
- Liaise with Sales and Technical Support to ensure deliveries meet customer expectations.
- Liaise with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Support to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Raise quotations for orders to be processed.
- Assist with resolving customer queries and credit notes to aid cash collection.
- Ensure confirmation of orders and accuracy of details to minimize invoicing errors.
- Assist with customer complaints and warranty issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SAP and other business systems.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
