Key Account Manager - Sensormatic Solutions

To support the Sales Retail Team of our Johnson Controls business unit in Spain, we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager – Sensormatic Solutions. Sensormatic Solutions helps retailers deliver personalized experiences by powering accurate decision-making across the enterprise. We make connections and bridge gaps across retail enterprises to deliver critical insights into inventory, shoppers, associates, and the retail environment. We protect assets and people by ensuring a safe and secure environment throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy solution plans engaging regional sales/operational teams, TSP at global/regional level, and Tyco tech support centers to provide a standard global solution.
  • Coach and train Tyco subsidiaries/BP in project/account management practices related to Inditex.
  • Serve as a primary customer interface between Tyco and Inditex.
  • Develop consultative sales with multiple client stakeholders.
  • Program Managers Project Manager responsible for the design, execution, and control of installations and service and operational optimization SLA plans, setting up KPIs to monitor operations globally.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts for different business lines.
  • Strengthen collaboration with Tyco product divisions to develop products based on VOC.
  • Define and implement KPIs and operative control processes/workflows to ensure the fulfillment of global agreements with Inditex by Tyco and BPs worldwide (contract management control).
Requirements
  • Degree, Engineering.
  • Experience working with standard sales reporting tools (Salesforce, others).
  • Ability to engage with all different departments of the client at different levels, subsidiaries, and franchisees, identifying their different purchasing decision-making processes and interests.
  • Familiarity with technologies/integration and the possibility to create value for the client.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills at all levels.
  • Previous experience dealing with large international accounts.
  • Business studies with financial analysis capabilities desirable.
  • Experience preferred within electronic security.
