Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Commercial Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our business by developing new relationships with architects, designers, and other key stakeholders in the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, and other key project accounts.
  • Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote our products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
  • Manage the sales development of our surfacing products and maintain accurate relationship, product placement, and project details in our project management database.
  • Actively represent and promote our company to the community through hosting and attending local chapter events.
  • Manage timely communication across all parties to ensure successful sales implementation of programs.
  • Manage own sales budget and maintain discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets.
Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Local experience is a must.
  • Ideal experience in façades.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
