Commercial Partnerships Specialist
We are looking for a talented and organized individual to support our Commercial Partnerships team in San Sebastian. As a Commercial Partnerships Specialist, you will be responsible for driving commercial results for all our revenue streams and coordinating the Meeting & Event bookings for our location in San Sebastian. You will work closely with our Commercial Partnerships team to develop customer accounts and drive business into our TSH San Sebastian property.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with answering questions and making bookings for our Commercial Partnerships through various channels.
• Help with the development of customer accounts to drive business into our TSH San Sebastian property.
• Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities.
• Prepare, update and file all correspondence.
• Prepare the meeting & events functions sheet with completed final and accurate details for our banqueting department.
• Host meetings together with the banqueting department/stakeholders.
• Maintain an effective follow-up system to secure business and provide an after sales service in order to secure repeat business.
• Assist our heroes in Finance to ensure a smooth ride - from invoicing down to payments.
• Compile statistics and reporting for our cluster management and commercial teams.
• Support with the creation and roll out of the local commercial strategy.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in university.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills (verbal as well as written).
• Positive, can-do attitude towards working within a team.
• Highly organized and with a high level of attention to detail.
• Multi-tasker with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Sales driven and commercially savvy.
• Extremely guest and service oriented.
• Studying within the EU.
